March Spirit Junction Meeting...

"Let's Get Deep with Community &
Inspirational Quote, Poem, or Song Share"

Looking for an opportunity to have deep, meaningful conversation with a like-hearted community? Have a favorite poem, inspirational quote, or song you'd like to share? Join us for our March Spirit Junction and connect with our caring and vibrant Spirit Junction members! New members are always welcome!

Event Details:

We will begin our gathering with community announcements, and then Terri will share an opening inspirational poem for our meeting. Next, we will move into a gentle guided meditation led by Terri to center and prepare ourselves for deep connection with our community.

Next, we will break into small groups and select cards from the "Let's Get Deep" Card Deck (Friends Edition) and ask each other both fun and thought-provoking questions such as:

- What is the most adventurous thing you've ever done?
- What was the last thing you did that made you feel like a kid again?
- What is one thing you are proud to have accomplished?

We will have a short break and then move into Part 2 of our program which will be an open forum of sharing favorite poetry, inspirational quotes, or special songs. You can read aloud your own original poetry or select a well-loved poem and present it for our group. (This is an optional activity, but we hope you will consider joining in with us!)

Please note: If you are feeling nervous about speaking in front of the attendees, Terri will be happy to read aloud your poem or uplifting quote. Although, our group is sure to be kind and supportive if you choose to read it aloud yourself!

We will have time to comment, share, or reflect on any poems, quotes, or songs performed in our community circle.

** Please let Terri know for timing purposes if you plan to present a quote, poem, or song for our meeting! Please keep selections to just a couple minutes or less! Thank you in advance for your participation

Donation: $10

Parking: Please be sure to give yourself enough time to find parking. You can feel free to parallel park on the street, or park at the College 9 movie theatre and walk up to the house. (There will also be two spots available in our driveway.)

What to Bring:

- A favorite poem, inspirational quote, or song to share with the community!

- A blanket or pillow for comfort (optional)
